1. Returns Policy

At Paryagat, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of the organic items we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items, except in the case of the following:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: If we sent you the wrong product (not what you ordered), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a return and exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website, Paryagat.com.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at within of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, including any photos of the damaged or incorrect products.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (if applicable).
  4. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that it meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products sold in bulk or clearance items.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and following our returns process for the unwanted item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Refund for Gift Orders

If you received a Paryagat product as a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

8. Shipping Policy

For all return requests, please ensure that the item(s) are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without proof of tracking. Shipping will be done within 4 days
